Due to the nature of the product, we do not accept returns and exchanges.
If the wrong item was shipped to you or if the item was damaged during transit, please send us an email (email@example.com) within 24 hours of receiving the package.

Our products are all 100% authentic and brand new. We source them directly from South Korea and we work closely with official distributors.
Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at the moment. Currently we only ship within Canada, but we hope to expand in the near future as we grow.
